thats not what dead means
dead means games that are not playable anymore because servers got shut down or something
this game will always be playable one way or another
by your defenition all NES PS1 Xbox360 games are "dead"


developers didn´t "stop" working on it, they finished working on it since this is a finished game
only thing that really seems to be missing is some mobile version school level but other than that, this is a finished product
