Have you even read the source material? Or a history book? Or a newspaper? From the origins about striking down the gods of other desert tribes to modern day striking down of anyone with a different religious/moral/political/sexual view or higher IQ than their own, christianity always has been, is, and always will be about attacking anything other than themselves as violently as they can get away with.
