Movie Tycoon doesn't level up

Hello
I played the game for 6 hours today. I had over 20 million.
The game just won't level up. I have two buildings that are at level 2, but they're not green.
The sound stage won't expand, it's always the same stage.
I'm researching, but the technology is getting worse.
And I still have the same problem: I can only make two types of films. I've tried everything, I had enough money. So why isn't the game leveling up?
I have the best directors, actors, and screenwriters, I've already won awards, but nothing happens.
Could it be that this is because I'm playing it in the tutorial? That would be the only explanation for me.
I also spent 4 hours on it yesterday, and the day before yesterday. The same thing always happens. It just won't level up even though I've done everything.
So...what am I doing wrong even though I've earned over 20 million?
I'd be grateful for any tips.

I've spoken with Manni over email and it seems like his issue was resolved so hopefully that's fine now
