About the production priority feedback

Hey. Recently got the game and enjoying it so far. I am however a bit confused about the production priority feedback. After finishing a movie and looking at the overview there is usually a red line. But I am not sure how you need to read it. Does it mean the priority bar needs to be lower or higher?

Alright figured it out already. For anyone wondering in the future. Red is if you don't have enough of that priority while empty white space is generally if you put too much into it.

Bar not completly filled means the priority was too high and there was wasted potential that could have gone elsewhere. Red bar continuing beyond the filled bar means the priority was too low and more could have been captured.

Does this seem backwards to anyone else? Doesn't it make since for Red being too high, and white being too low? Just me?
