These are the best I found. For whatever reason, I cannot eliminate the red overlaps even with hours of testing so adjust if you like. Will edit this if I find out more.

This should really be a separate post as a bug report. It's kinda useless here.
Well it seems the red doesn't mean it was too much but I'm looking for the explanation that was posted from the Devs

Red overflows means there wasn't enough percentage of that category and unfilled bars means there was too much percentage, which is completely backwards in my opinion. I posted a link below with the Dev explaining it below
