Film crew quality and film crew training

Hi i wanna rise the quality of the movie crew, i want to training them to perfection early in game, is it a way by doing that? if not i suggest we can drop movie crew into movieset to train them??

My advice is to just spam making short or indie films. Also keep your writers making scripts so theres always a new movie to make . Having your writers constantly busy also increases their skill quite fast meaning the stars on the script will be higher
