Crew Building Lvl 2

I have the crew building level 2. Should I now switch my crew to the new building or do they get worse, because of the lacking technology (Lvl 1 has maxed tech, lvl 2 has not)

Level 2 offers a CGI tech as well as the EDIT tech and you can hire a total of 4 techs, 2 in each room. Upgrading the buildings seems to be best

So you're saying I should switch my crew from the lvl 1 building to the lvl 2 building?

I am sorry, I confused the buildings. Upgrading the CREW as in the Film Equipment Depot allows running 2 crews at once. The second crew can work on a different movie. You cannot make two movies at the same time until you get the Production office upgrade.

That was not, what I was asking. I was asking, If I should switch the crew from the Film Equipment Depot Level 1 to Level 2, even tho Level 2 hasn't has full tech. Does the switch to Level 2 make them worse due to the lower tech or does Level 2 basically keep the tech from Level 1?

Crew buildings have all the tech from the previous level. So there shouldn't be any issue and you should upgrade when you can.

Crew buildings have all the tech from the previous level. So there shouldn't be any issue and you should upgrade when you can.
