Sandbox Mode

I'm more of a sandbox player however i don't like the fact that everything is unlocked which then puts me off playing sandbox mode. Can we please have sandbox but function the same way as campaign without the end date?

Hi, there are 4 game modes to cover every style of play.
The difference between the campaign and sandbox is precisely the fact that not everything is unlocked so it seems like the 2nd mode - campaign, without tutorial, is the right game mode for you?

I saw that but it was the fact that it has an end date which is what puts me of the campaign mode.
