This kinda looks like if there was an upgrade / 2.0 version make for newer computers, granted the old game still runs, just not 100% in currant Windows, less you mod it a lot for current 16x9 screens & so forth, my version is heavily modded to work on Win 10
Anyway ... looking in the future to how this plays / makes films ... Hey you know it's has to be a feature, maybe not long films but still ... Also the fact that people watch it, that wasn't in The Movies (tm) Test screening would be nice so you can go back & make changes to your film before release
The trailer looks promising that's for sure
Only place to get The Movies (tm) is abandonware sites, if MS did own it they'd sue the pants off of the sites that have it for download for free 'cause that's how MS works.
They would make it availible for sale if they owned it outright, and it's not for sale anywhere as far as I know, unless it's the old disks sold by the person who bought it back in the day.
Ect Etc Etc
For a smaller studio, I could see them making a success out of this. There is still an audience, even if it is not COD-level audience.
