Can't access Unity startup menu

I am interested in adding keyboard shortcut controls to my Hexcells game, but whenever I start up the game the game immediately starts up. I know "a" and "s" serve as left and right click keyboard shortcuts in the game, but I want to swap them. I want to access the Unity options window that gives me access to input controls at the start, but there is no way I can manually force that window to pop up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, and have deleted options.txt and saves over and over, but I have reached no solution. Is there any way to manually boot up the Unity options menu?

To remap the controls you need to access the Unity launcher which is hidden by default. In Windows you can hold left shift on startup, in Linux you'll need to add the launch option "-show-screen-selector" in Steam. Remapping is not currently supported on Mac.
