Hi there!

Sorry to hear that! Are you by any chance using a laptop? For some reason, Windows sometimes decides to use the integrated GPU instead of the dedicated one.

If that's the case you should be able to right click the .exe file and choose which GPU to use to run the game.

Would you mind sharing your specs? Please include CPU and GPU

I believe that this card is a rough equivalent to a GTX1060, which we've tested and the game ran absolutely fine.

I don't know much about AMD cards, but I've heard quite a few times that Windows sometimes prefer to use the integrated one instead of the dedicated one and from what you say it looks like that's exactly what is happening. Sadly, I don't know how to avoid or fix this, but a quick search on Google threw a few results about this problem and some solutions.

I've updated the AMD drivers but that didn't work at all. I hope you DEVS look into this and have a way to make it run . My PC should def be able to run this game smoothly with these kind of graphics . My frame rate was in the mid 30's... I couldn't wait to play this game and just shock how slow it ran.

I have ryzen 5 too, and is very very very slow on game.

The problem here is not the CPU but the GPU, and It's that the OS isn't selecting the dedicated GPU and instead It's using the integrated one.

Sadly, there's nothing we can do within the game to select which GPU is used to run the game.

I've found a way to make it run better but at a cost...If you change the graphics setting to the lowest setting and play NO full screen it works better BUT it's look bad and it's hard to read the descriptions of the items that you collect.

The problem with the slowness is during the game, when moving the character, the initial menu and loading games is fine, even the water seems to move relatively well. It's nothing with respect to the video configuration, I have tried several things and it affects AMD, because on a computer with Intel Core i7 it works fine.

This solves my problem, hopefully it helps you too.

Thanks for the info, but I've tried everything and it hasn't worked, no other game gives me this problem, so I assume it's a problem with the Tinkerlands engine.

I have a Ryzen 5 with integrated GPU and I can run games with a bigger graphical load without any problem... Clearly this game is poorly optimized and the funniest thing is that the developer says that it is not his fault, it is Windows' fault xD

Same problem. This game NEED a better optimization. :txpskull:

Are you serious about this or did you just forgot to add "at the moment"?

It would be sad if a good game design misses parts of the target marked because of lacking hardware support of the game engine. If you were serious please do not forget to add this uncommon limitation to the minimum system requirements.
