Sorry to hear that! Are you by any chance using a laptop? For some reason, Windows sometimes decides to use the integrated GPU instead of the dedicated one.
If that's the case you should be able to right click the .exe file and choose which GPU to use to run the game.
Would you mind sharing your specs? Please include CPU and GPU
I believe that this card is a rough equivalent to a GTX1060, which we've tested and the game ran absolutely fine.
I don't know much about AMD cards, but I've heard quite a few times that Windows sometimes prefer to use the integrated one instead of the dedicated one and from what you say it looks like that's exactly what is happening. Sadly, I don't know how to avoid or fix this, but a quick search on Google threw a few results about this problem and some solutions.
Sadly, there's nothing we can do within the game to select which GPU is used to run the game.

It would be sad if a good game design misses parts of the target marked because of lacking hardware support of the game engine. If you were serious please do not forget to add this uncommon limitation to the minimum system requirements.
