No sky amulet

I've already passed the game, I'm trying to knock out top-end clothes like a rare shooting range weapon, but I can't find the sky amulet. I've already dug up all the cemeteries, I've covered the whole map, I can't find it in the cave either. sellers do not have this auction falling, if such a thing is sold at all.

Heavenly Amulet appears in chests in Caves and Desert. It's also a possible drop from graves. Given that all drops are randomized, there's a low chance that this item isn't available in the world.
