Please make all the cutscenes skippable.

The game has a lot of cutscenes that we can't skip. This is annoying when we want to replay the game on higher difficulties or plan to get the achievements.

which scenes r non skippable? i remember i was able to skip any time i wanted

for example, when Juliet answer the phone or a new type of zombie appears. How did you skip them? I tried every button.
