Unlocking outfits

I both all the costumes, hair colors, and both alternate skins for Juliet's chainsaw from the shop. Despite this the game tells me that I'm missing two outfits for her. How do you unlock those two outfits?

I wonder if one of those is the yoga outfit from the intro video

You are missing all the chainsaws which you need to complete the game to get (I don't think they are difficulty locked)

I've passed stage 4. I have Nick popper, chainsaw blaster, and chainsaw dash.
