Game Freezing/Repeating Indefinately

I first found myself with an issue with seeing the yellow thing that's supposed to be the entrance for Zed's fight, but All I see are Juliet's stats and a blank, black screen. I KINDA fixed this by using one of my Nick Tickets, but now I have an issue with the fight itself. I'll get through the 2nd round fine and dandy, but when he throws those red things for Juliet to dodge, it just repeats the action, over and over and over again, until I get frustrated and try restarting the level.. Which also does nothing.
