Juliets Costumes

Are all the costumes unlocked on new game or do you gotta unlock them?

You have to unlock them.

you unlock them by buying them at the little stores scattered through out the game , some you can get with platinum tokens , others you use gold tokens , the tricky part is always figuring out how to apply them .... between levels , from the map screen (not menu screen) go to juliet's house , here you can set which costume you wear.

again i Re-iterate , go to her house from the MAP screen between levels , if you go to her bedroom from the main menu or pause menu that just lets you look at what you've unlocked.

You can also switch outfits any time you come across a shop, as soon as you open the shop and look at the bottom of the shop menu youll see the button prompt to change outfits
