Censored? Nothing if you select Original mode.
What was removed was because of licensing reasons: the anime cosplay costumes (High School of the Dead and Manyu Hikenchou) and the licensed soundtrack.

Putting mods behind money wall is always legally questionable indeed. But yeah... i hope we dont turn into a Fatal Frame 5 scenario where it took quite a while (some months) for the the modders to re-add the removed outfits because everyone was too busy making nude mods...lol

Soundtrack is already modded in and that's the most important mod. All of the licensed tracks are back in the game.
