They did say the character skin named after him was not going to be included this time around so they very well may have scrubbed other items and vocals.

Jimmy's case was 'dismissed with prejudice'. Moreover, I don't care one way or another whether or not he's a bad person.

He was part of the original game and the only reason I was interested. If he's out, I'll just buy a different game.

I was just asking out of curiosity. I really like mindless self indulgence and I thought Zed's theme was one of the best pieces of video game music ever made... I just know how the internet works in public opinion

Oh. Well, he's definitely out as a voice actor, given that they already revealed a new VA for Zed. I can only imagine his costume/music is also out, too.
