I'd like it to be true but it is a bit hard to believe when the game didn't even break 1k players here. I'd have to see budget and sale estimations before making a judgement.

Remember that it is not a game as a service or a game of 500 H .
There are people who bought it after a few patches, I played it and finished it recently.
the number of simultaneous players, doesn't mean anything .... at least for a single player game.

I did buy the game.
It seems your review is based on some trolls opinions.
The game is a good remaster, they didn't just port the original game, they improved many effects and added others.
I am happy and proud to support DRAGAMI GAMES for this game should not be for sale.
The original game is not even playable on backwards compatible because of licensing issues.
but they rescued this classic to remaster it and release it for all consoles and also WITHOUT CENSORSHIP.
for that reason I had to buy the game.
Add that DRAGAMI GAMES listens to the fans, they all the time answer questions and even added regional pricing, something that some AAA publishers and developers don't do.
They also continue to support and add more content and options to the game.
I have bought games for $60-70$ AAA day one.
Almost always to play a beta and after months is when the games get updates

But with LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW RePOP I feel every dollar was worth it.
They try very hard for the game, even if comments like yours appear, they just want to offer the best quality possible and that's something I personally want to support.
I don't know if you will ever buy the game.
maybe you are “too smart”.
but if you do you will see that it is a good remaster.

I am happy that the game is a success and that this will give them more money to rescue more classic games of the seventh generation with quality remasters.

Honestly I'm just glad they are fixing the game and trying to make a proper effort, they deserve all the sales, rather than keeping the trend of keeping games broken.

True, i bought it and have yet to play it. Just never enough time anymore as you got older. But it was worth the money, just wish Shadows of the damnded got so much more attention. It seems gamers are braindead fortnite players these days because actual good games barely get the credit they deserve.

It's also sad that the old classic games are getting butchered for the sake of the modern weak minded people.
