try to face Juliet and move your camera downwards as she blushes and covers her skirt, keep doing it and wait for a few seconds and you'll get the achievement!

hmm.. try to keep triggering her skirt covering pose, see if that maybe will work? :( !!
if not, try to restart the game, keep playing the story and try it later through the game! seems like the achievement is bugged for some people 💔
