"The sandbox" will only open in offline mode, then crashes when i click anything

I got The Sandbox 2 days ago, and when I first opened it it automatically went into the daily mana option after freezing for a few seconds. Then after doing the daily mana quest I was put into the main menu. After choosing create the game opened creative mode for a few seconds then closed with no error message. Ever sense it crashes whenever I choose a game mode. I don't think its anything to do with my computer as I can really play any game with low amounts of lag. For reference my specs are~
Intel core i5
7.89 GB of RAM usable
64 bit
win. 7

I really love this game as I have it on IOS, and really want to play. Thanks for your time. :)
