I do want to play but it says "The file being studied is a Portable Executable file! More specifically, it is a Win32 EXE file for the Windows GUI subsystem.".
Please explain what that means or what the file does?
Thank you for your time. I hope you understand I am not being combattive, I just want to protect my PC.
I don't even have anti-virus active on my computer, and I download hundreds of torrents every year... lol. Just use common sense. 99% of the time you can tell when a virus is being installed or has been installed. With keyloggers, there is a delay when typing, so just remove the keylogger manually.. with most others, you can see a process running in the task manager.
Lol.
Anyhow, AOW is ok, quite a few people seem to be having problems with Malwarebytes throwing a false positive. It happens.
For the Developers, I suspect it is a harmless key component to their game that our Security programs are picking up. On the other hand there might be a real issue here so it should be looked into if for no other reason than to quash and quite these rumors
