The Retreat cooldown ruins the game

Finish defending, retreat. Finish defending again, everyone dies on an impromptu suicide mission because...they...can't...retreat...again. What nonsense.

be an option to have units hold a location instead of keep marching to their death unless you hit a retreat button that has a cool-down of all things.
