One of the voice commands (Press X) is "Pass the whiskey" and people like to spam it.

From I what I've heard, back when FoF was just a mod, whiskey was an actual item that you could carry around and pass to people (kinda like a medkit). So instead of the voice-command being "Medic!" or "Heal me!", it was simply "Pass the Whiskey". The phrase caught on to pretty much everybody playing the standalone game now.
