A connection to the steam VAC servers could not be made.
I keep getting this error, "a connection to the steam VAC servers could not be made" while I'm ALREADY in a match. I think it's some hack that someone is using. Anyone else getting this? It only happens when I'm on this certain server and at certain times. I'm using the linux version.

Could be because of well... any of those things that you mention, though if it only happens on a specific server, it could be a sort of communications error with the said server and the VAC servers (VAC servers and normal "game servers" I think are unrelated to each other)

Okay.. anyone else have this issue? It doesn't always happen... but when it does, it happens over and over and over again, like someone is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with me. I swear this is some kind of booting program or something.
