No Cosmic Monolith in the chest

After battle with glitch boss there is no Cosmic Monolith summon in the chest. So, there are only Dark Matter and Dark Rune. I've tried one more time from the last save, but still there is no monolith. Is it a bag? What i am doing wrong?

According wiki it has been moved due to the new addition of the Glitch summon as of the v3 update. Now Cosmic Monolith summon can be obtained from a chest guarded by itself in its room at the base of the Battle Mountain.
