Pentagram skull in the graveyard area?

So in the crypt on the left of the graveyard area i found a pentagram with a dragon skull in it. It's surrounded by red mist and I can't get to it. Is there some kind of trick or do I come back later?

i haven't gotten up to that boss yet, but theres a key item needed in order to get to him

You need boots that can walk on clouds to reach it.
End game item (like right before the last boss end game)

Triple Zombie Hydra ... a nasty but quite fun fight.
