Epic medals: leave them now or grind?

Hello, right now im about to finish the game, I missed the Mammuth on epic in main story, he is blocking the way on battle mountain, on the other direction the praetorian mk2 and there is somewhere a new Rafflesia too. On main story (lvl31) I have the last Godcat battle, the Glitch (missing a key, cant reach the boss) and the Protector.
First I want to know, that i have to do the epic medals (and the glitch medal) now, or those are available in NG+ too, or not. You can read both answers even in this forum.
Second, what is the better option if you can get them later? Is NG+ much harder, so its worth to grind?

My personal preference: Clear them all on Epic the first time around.

...but doing it on NG+ is a perfectly valid option.
There is no "best" option. It's all preference. ;)

It's been a while since I played now, but iirc, you can actively change the difficulty at any time you wish, which makes it really convenient when going for the new Medals added not all that long ago.
On that note, NG+ is as hard or as easy as you want it to be.

Thanks. I was not sure if NG+ enemies have a fix level, or their levels are related to your level, as battle mountain. But since everything is the same as the first playthrough, im not sure its worth to grind up 3-4 lvls.

The enemy levels do incresae for each NG+ loop. But by the time you can do that, you're likely beefy enough to handle it easilly enough either way. ;)

Battle Mountain still scales to party average.
