Where do I find the panties?

Like the title says, where do I find the panties? I've found 2 of the 3, but I have no idea where the last one could be.

Also, I just realized how weird it sounds when actually typing it out.

oh, didn't know there was a quest for that (even though I did all the quests, twice O_o;)
there's one each at greenwood (building to left of 8 candles), whitefall (drawer at food shop), and goldenbrick (drawer in material shop)
there's a guide in the guides section

The one in greenwood is actually to the right of the candle room.

It should be in the shelves near the shopkeepers that are female (should be one in Greenwood where you can buy materials, Whitefall near the stat item shop and Goldensand material shop as well).
