Achievement "Start the game already"

How I can get this?
I cannot even see anykind of loading screen... O.O

The menu were you choose the language IIRC.

When you start the game, on the screen where you get to choose the different languages for play, you'll see a bunch of monsters falling down on the top. Everytime you click on a monster it'll break and a counter will keep track. Break 100 monsters (takes like 30 seconds) and you'll get the achievement.

it was a loading screen on the flash version, this steam version doesn't have "load screens"
