Help completing the bestiary

Does anyone have screenshots or links to a complete bestiary? I am trying to get the achievement and I have completed the game more than once without filling it out. I do scan everything as I go and I have done everything except for the 30 wave rushes on Battle Mountain. I am missing two enemies on the second page and five on the third page (possibly more at the end after Dark Lance). I can't figure out how to post screenshots to show what I'm missing. Any help or resources would be appreciated. What I was able to find online on my own was outdated (didn't include the expansion).

The third page is only final boss and battle mountain(Dark Lance being the last)
Second page is 3 golems, protector, 4 runes, 3 eyes, 5 monoliths, 4 ghosts, eyeball, beholder, mammoth, 5 elementals, 6 clay soldiers, 6 dragons, 4 flowers, 2 worms+tails, drill bot, 2 slingers, 3 fish robots, 3 turrets, defender mech, jack, bosses, red/blue crystals.

Thanks so much for your reply! I found the dragon I was missing (Zombie Hydra). I have a blank space between the Eyeball and Wooly Mammoth, so it seems I'm missing Beholder. I could have sworn I fought that one, but I don't have the summon either. Maybe I forgot to save or something.

On the third page, I have two spaces between Godcat and the Destroyer. I'm guessing one of those spaces is the dark side of Godcat (although I know I've scanned it before). I'm not sure what the other space is for. I also have a space after Destroyer and before Blade of Hell. If you have any information on what I'm missing on that page, I would appreciate it. Zombie Hydra is in the far west tomb in the graveyard.
Beholder is at the far east of the lava cave. And probably in one of the boss rushes on Battle Mountain if you missed it.
Black Godcat and the Creator(Yellow mech form of godcat) are the two you are missing.

Hope this helps, if you still need more help, let me know, I'm currently working through Battle Mountain on Epic(Up to Rainbow Rafflesia), so I should be able to check the boss rushes for Beholder if need be.

Thanks, I was able to get Beholder, Zombie Hydra, and Black Godcat. I am going to do the final boss again so I can get the Creator. Can you tell me the last one I'm missing? Even after I scan the Creator, I will still have an empty space between Destroyer and Blade of Hell.

I am having a little trouble with this, as I only am missing one. There is a space in between the Sky Monolith and the Spirit. Can you help??

It's Cosmic Monolith - Can be found in battlemountain to the top right just as you enter it.
