All ATK goes to Matt, all MAG goes to Nat, ACC is split between the two and everything else goes to whoever needs it the most. Basically, concentrate offensive stats as much as possible while spreading defensive stats around. Anna gets no offense boosts because A: Matt is better at Physical and Nat is better at Magic so there's no point, and B: most of her turns are spent (de)buffing and general support so hardly gets many chances to attack. Anna contributes more damage just by buffs than she would do herself anyway.
My only gripe with trying to do this is that the game does not display their base stats on the stat boost screen, so whoever has the lowest of a stat can change depending on their equipment and it's a pain going into the stat screen each time to figure out who needs what.
I generally go with Anna and Lance as pure supports so I tend to give a lot of the ATT and M.ATT buffs to Matt and Natz respectively, like 4:1 or even 9:2. But I'd consider giving Lance M.ATT too, since he also has AOE skills that are quite strong.
HP to Matt so he can tank, if Revive is on Natz I'd consider buffing her HP too, but I normally run revive on Anna and her base HP is kinda low, so it may not compensate over a single playthrough.
MP spread out, although I don't really remember Matt running out of it ever. Doesn't really matter much anyways.
DEF and M.DEF sort of follow HP, but I'd rather have them on whoever has revive more than I do about HP.
Matt & Anna = Share the Beefs
Natt = Nothing
Lance = All the Cake
And spread defense along Matt Anna and Lance.
Natt is actually a very good buff & debuffer, the Oak Staff & Slime Hat & Breastplate makes her nearly immortal, but her magical attack (and consequently healing) plummers to abysmall levels so you need Lance to do the healing.
Having Natt with no MAtck is a little tricky, and her massive HP pool makes healing her a exercise in futility, so I manly use the buffs & debuffs and send her to the background to heal.
Using Lance to heal have better DPS and using Natt to heal because the Accelerator you will more often then not have a Hyper Beam ready for you on the turn you are free to use him to attack, and deppeding on the enemies Power Metal & Vortex Cannon is very reliable.
The main advantage of using her like that is that she can go by without any food buffs, and you have something to swith in on the Dark Players Limit Breaks.
