A bit late on that, but you can simply check that by viewing this screenshot. Adult Only is a special section made specifically for porn games, because those are banned in countries like Germany and China. And of course, people that do not wish to see porn games can turn Adult Only off in their preferences

Do they really have a R18 patch/mod for this game? Because I saw someone post a screenshot of Rin completely naked but at least she used her arms & legs to cover the parts. Or the game is only ecchi and draw the line at full nude but using convenience-censor method?
