I don't see why not. Do you have the song saved as an audio file on your computer? What audio file format does iTunes give you?
Depending on the format it was in, you may need to first convert it over into an audio file format that Magix can load in (wav, flac, ogg, etc...)
And you're just re-mixing it for your own personal use, right?

You can set the input device to Stereo Mix (which should capture the sounds being played on your computer), start a recording in Audacity, play the song/music from iTunes, stop recording when it's finished, you can play-back to see how it sounds, then Export the file, then you should be able to import that file into your Magix Music Maker software.
Also, you should be able to record right from within the Magix Music Maker software itself. Just adjust the audio recording settings accordingly, then on one of the tracks, press the record button and then play the music you wanted to capture. Press the stop-button when you finish the capture/recording.
