guess you never played one of those :D
no because booooooring , if you wanna see movies go in cinema , here we want games
And no, boring movie would be a Squaresoft game, this is more like an interactive comic book or TV show.
It also has a few more gameplay moments later on, but the story is the main portion of the game, its meant to be as if you are part of an episode.
As it states, former TellTale Devs, a little bit of research would have told ya that this was not for you.
This is as much of a game, as any of those Clicker Games, which imo are less of a game than this.
This game has a soul, and this game sucked me into the story, and it has been a while since a game done that to me.
I enjoyed it, despite some of the flaws and tedious mouse controls in some puzzles, and honestly hope there will be more Star Trek Games
Will there ever just be a single-player focused Trek rpg with a large "world" (galaxy or quadrant in this case) to explore and all the RPG standards? Char creation, choices/consequences, story arc, replayability with different classes, etc?
And don't mention ST:O. It's about as immersive as a star trek convention with 50 different kirks, 30 worfs, a few datas and 80 of the ugliest seven of nines you'll ever see.
Like in a very long episode of TNG.
It was really enjoyable, minus the QTE.
