Since no one has responded in over a month, I'm guessing there isn't any way.
Genuinely curious why you purchased the game in the first place if you didn't want to go through the story. Were you unfamiliar with the genre or the 'TellTale' style?
They're definitely not everyone's cup of tea and this and the Expanse title are about the only form of this type I've enjoyed.
With the recent games, This one and the Expanse too it seemed like the gap between the automatic saves is too long. Also, I remember skipping the Introduction in the Wolf Among Us, which is one of my all time favorite games.
