The plasma torch isn't doing anything
What am I missing? I'm playing on the PC. The interface to use it looks really weird. I don't understand the circle with the glowing bit. Keeping it in the glowing bit isn't working.

how did you do it? I don't get what I'm supposed to do

*edit* lol nvm.. you gotta push the mouse into the center of the circle, it sort of "resists". very non-intuitive, imo. feels like you're supposed to work the highlighted area on the outer circle.
