Delete Save Data

I beat the game, and was playing it over with my brother, I wanted him to have a fresh start and see all the anomalies possible. So i clicked "Delete Save Game" in the options menu, and ever since then the the game has been ruined. I now spawn in the room where the anomalies are by default, and there is no longer a sign that shows what level i am on.

Nothing i have tried has helped, I have tried uninstalling reinstalling multiple times, restarting my computer, deleting save data in appdata folder, deleting cloud cache in steam.
Please help, the game is unplayable at the moment

after doing alot of digging i found the solution to the answer. You just have to run forward through the loop like 4 times and then you will see the yellow sign that indicates the level number.

That's how the game starts. You get three default views to see everything as it is, and then on the fourth it starts the search for anomalies.
