"X" on floor (if this is what you meant by "yellow tile pattern", then the other one is the face in the yellow tiles.)
Here's a complete list:
The man:
- turns into a giant
- has a semi-transparent, distorted face
- stares at you as he passes by
- grins
- walks fast directly at you and resets your progress if he catches you
The corridor:
- the line of yellow tiles change pattern to a distorted face
- yellow tiles form an X pattern near the corner at the far end
- demon face on a ceiling
- a bunch of "no smoking" signs are strewn across the floor and walls around the first corner
- vent starts oozing black goo
- yellow direction sign "Exit 8" is upside down
- the white "Concordia" sign changes to "turn back now"
- the light fixture just before the yellow sign is crooked
- the lights flicker
- the lights go off, corridor falls completely dark
- the middle camera turns on with a red eye that follows you
- red water starts rushing in and resets you if you don't run away
- twins in suits appear and reset you if you face away from them (you need to back out while facing them)
- flight of stairs appears before you reach Exit 8, leading to a fake ending
- humanoid silhouette covered in the same tile pattern as the wall at the end of the corridor
The doors:
- first door disappears
- the knob on the last door changes position
- banging on the first door
- last door flies open with nothing but blackness inside, resets you if you step in
- last door is ajar, with creepy lady peeking from inside
The posters:
- cartoon girl on a second poster has a melted face
- all posters are replaced by the make-up poster
- concert poster is replaced with ghost face
- posters slowly grow in size
- eyes on the camera poster look around
- camera poster slides across the wall to follow you
I missed it over and over because I was playing seated with my hands in my lap (rather than praying mantis style like when I'm standing) and I noticed it when I went to scratch my nose.
There's a "flicker" in the tile texture as you're passing by the posters, looking at each poster. It only flickers once, and you can miss it. At first I thought it was a "graphics glitch" (same like the man's face partially missing), but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, and went back and it counted as an anomaly.
Also the spacing of the posters, in one iteration is very close to each other.
Yellow line: inside texture looks "melted", or there's an extra pattern of yellow squares.
Blackout, lights turn off.
Sounds.... Sometimes there is weird sounds coming from ceiling / hallway. Banging on door, clicking, etc.
Reflection of creepy face in ceiling.
2 Men in Black Agents
Man does not appear, or is much taller, or comes at you fast, or grinning, or texture missing partially from face.
Wires hanging down from one of the vents.
2 Vents in wrong place / spacing wrong.
No smoking posters in abundance, covering front of hallway
BLC Store AD picture of employee looks like a horror drawing
MOVEFES poster replaced by horror poster.
Security camera sign slides along the wall / or eyes move, following your movements.
One of the doors opens, or is already opened. Knob in center. Size / spacing of doors incorrect.
Fluorescent light on ceiling crooked.
"Concourse" sign upside down.
Fake exit BEFORE you reach iteration 8.
Camouflaged man at end of hallway.
All ADS replaced with make-up ad.
Incorrect number of Fluorescent lights.
Ceiling access panels in wrong place.
Camera has red light on.
