I'm using my eyes, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, yet I'm in the same boat. I spent 5 minutes combing every detail of the hallway at one point last night, only to find that I'd missed an anomaly. I've only been able to identify about 6 or 7 of the anomalies so far, all of which are the blatantly obvious ones.
EDIT: Holy hell, I've finally beaten it after over 2 hours total playtime. Still haven't found 3 of the anomalies yet, though.
EDIT: Found the last 3.
1. the "turn back, turn back" sign
2. the eyes moving on the surveillance sign
3. The whole sign following you with the eyes (surveillance sign)
4. change in pattern (yellow tiles on floor)
Really? I actually found those to be some of the easier ones. It took me ages to see the camera and the changed face on the poster. Those were the two hardest for me.
In some cases I checked every single detail in the hallway. The man, each poster, the lights, the floor, the doors, the vents, the ceiling sign, the cameras, and nothing was out of the ordinary.
