I get this error message when I try to launch the game.

at D:\build\++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\D3D12RHI\Private\D3D12Resources.cpp:391
with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

I might have to just change some launch settings, but not sure what to put. Any suggestions?

I've experience the same issue. However, I was able to start the game. The game eventually crashed to desktop with the same error as reported above.

I'm on Win 11, i3-13100, 32GB RAM, Intel Arc A380.

Another bug: If you lower your camera acceleration to a value lower than 4, it starts to behave weirdly. It feels as if the acceleration is actually higher on 3 or 2 than on 4. If you lower the acceleration all the way to 1, camera movement breaks - you can't turn around anymore.

Another potential bug, though I'm not sure: I can't get past exit 3, and even that is rare, as the game seemingly resets me back to exit 0 randomly, even though no anomalies were spotted. Furthermore, I can keep walking forever (I've done it for about an hour now), without a single anomaly occurring.

I've completed the game and learned all the anomalies. The face is difficult to see but once you see it once its glaring lol. You can hear when the light sounds restarts and it feels like an anomaly when it happens. Watching the mans hair render from a full head to a near bald one as he approaches also seems like an anomaly. I was playing max graphics, max fov and 1440p resolution. Sometimes I get stuck in a reset loop despite never encountering anomalies.

Id like you to add an anomalie where the picture of the dog gets replaced with a cat.

A have discovered a bug that can totally ruin the gameplay:

Doing this loop allows the player to skip checking the hallway, working their way to 8th exit (The last run-through is still RNG after my investigation, meaning it is still possible to actually get reset to 0 after that final dash).
I assume the reason for this is because the trigger point of refreshing the up-coming hallway is not the same as the point which refreshes the sign behind. In this case, I am only refreshing the sign, not the hallway, which means that if the hallway has any anomalies, and since it's not refreshed at all after the running loop, we are guaranteed to get a number up.
Windows 8.1 Pro. Lighting is bad for me. I can be close to a wall and when I move my POV up and down, there is a sweet sport where the light comes on bright, but then it goes dark anywhere else. Turned all low and resolution down to 1600 X 900.

CreateFile2 was not found in Kernel32.dll

Since the update from December 2nd. the anomalies are no longer visible. I can see from the score that they are still there, but are no longer displayed visually. WIN 10 / GTX 970

I had the same error. Updating my graphic drivers fixed it.
