there's a key by the two guards that talk about Galen, take that to the door just up the stairs and you'll find the map inside with a "bunch of crowns"[\spoiler]

Above the door where you sleep there's a webbed opening. Get there during the end of your final face of with the Champion after speaking with William and he will give you the key to open the door to the Tower section. Inside you will find it.
