How to get your magic back! (Greed Tinket)

Been reading alot here on the discussion boards regarding the greed trinket bug, here's how I got it to work.

Open your inventory and find your trinket, equip it, click V to change view, unequip it, click V to change view, equip it, cancel. Remeber that you still have your trinket equiped, but you should still regenerate magic to the same point, or beyond of what you previously had. Now all you have to do is unequip it again to regenerate even more magic and fill out the bar.

You may have to do this several times to fill the bar completely, but in the end you should have all your magic back.

Thanks buddy, was super annoying when I realized all the greed trinket seems to do is take away from you mana. Is this some lame version of the Demon Souls trinket that did nothing?\
