ps.
sorry for bad english
1) I can definitely say I does not change how fast your multiplier raises.
2) Also, it does not raise you max multiplier.
On a personal note I do wish you coudl "sell" or reuse unwanted armor, runes and trikets into something more usefull (like exp or better runes or something)
I tested the Greed trinket again. To make full use out of the increased magic. When you equip unequip the Greed trinket before you exit your inventory equip any other trinket you want to use and make sure you have everything you want to use on favorites like the gold boss weapons because most use magic also that you won't be needing to open your inventory for awhile. Then exit inventory, let the yellow bar fill up all the way. If you open up the inventory when the yellow bar is filling it will stop at that point. It will not increase anymore and when you use a magic skill it will begone. Same goes for if you let the yellow bar fill up all the way. Then you open the inventory for any reason or at anytime. Then When you use a magic skill the yellow bar will not refill. It's not a big deal if you open the inventory. All you have to do is just equip unequip the Greed trinket then any other trinket before you exit your inventory.
Open your inventory and find your trinket, equip it, click V to change view, unequip it, click V to change view, equip it, cancel. Remeber that you still have your trinket equiped, but you should still regenerate magic to the same point, or beyond of what you previously had. Now all you have to do is unequip it again to regenerate even more magic and fill out the bar.
You may have to do this several times to fill the bar completely, but in the end you should have all your magic back.
I had the mana glitch where my mana stopped regenerating at 80% even without the trinket equipped and it lead me here. This is how I solved it.
Requires trinket Faithful Disciple, you can google where to find it.
Go to inventory and equip greed, then unequip it, then equip it once more and leave it on. Leave inventory and let your mana fill until it stops. Go back to inventory and remove trinket Greed and equip trinket Faithful Disciple. When you leave inventory your characters mana should fill back to maximum amount.
You can continue to use the trinket Greed and Faithful Disciple to boost your mana. This boost will last and regenerate until you die. If you open your inventory at any point during the yellow boosted manas regeneration it will stay at that point.
God amongst men. Worked a treat for me, though I found spamming A / Y alternatively (equip, change view, unequip, change view etc) several times and ending when it was EQUIPPED, my mana bar filled higher. Doing that three times got my mana back to 100%. Back to ol' Faithful.
but in my file the cursed sword doesn't do anything to my luck either... annoyingly...
Cheers mate, it works for me.
The only things I'd like to point out is
1. to make things clear for anyone who later may encounter this glitch and will be desperate to solve it, the rotation of the solution should be (no matter what platform the player is on) : go to the inventory -> equip the greed trinket -> change view -> unequip it -> change view -> equip it -> exit inventory.
2. in my case after the first rotation is done, my mana doesn't replenish, but at least it changes from -10/56 to 0/56. What I then did was: open the inventory -> unequip the trinket -> exit the inventory. This time without the trinket equipped, my mana replenishes to arond 1/3 or the maximum.
3. repeat step 1 and 2, until your mana is full. and like someone else has mentioned above, remember never to equip this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trinket again!
Many thanks to the first guy who figured out this solution for this game-breaking glitch.
