Solutions are taking off armor, shield and weapon (you must switch fast into your inventory). Or spamm roll and/or heavy attack.
there's course a slim chance a patch might affect your current's save-status, but this chance is realy realy slim.
With a lot of fiddling about you can actualy backup your saves, but people report after a while this save-file will cause crashes aswell (in itself), mayhab you could try saving/copying your new save as backup from time to time.
do not and i repeate do not install 3rd party patches or some of the so called "trainers"(on PC) floating around, people are reporting all of them beeing malicious software.
i'd like to know if havocs workaround does solve this issue and if it works on all the char-clipping issues, if so, this should be pinned right up there.
