*Spoiler* Reward for finding all the human skulls...

You will find the "Kruhk" mob/npc again, after finding all the skulls, just outside (in the snowy area) of the 3-legged boss' room - where you first met "Kruhk". Basically, it's a backtrack back outside, and then look to your right. He's standing next to a boiling cauldron.

When you have finally found all the skulls, you will turn the rest in and he'll say he needs ONE more. Surprise, you're about to get attacked from behind by *2* of the bigger shield carrying mobs, and one of the stronger magic-casting mobs...all at the same time.

*hint* you can flee back inside the big doors and down the steps a little bit, and they leash to their spawn point before the cauldron....makes the fight too easy.

Once they are dead, walk back up to the Kruhk NPC...and whack him. Then loot your ring.

How many skulls are there? I have 20 right now. Did I miss any? And I have no idea who the 3 legged boss is. I just found the girl to give the dagger to and she gave me the key so I went in.

Also I found a different item inside called Life Leech. Is that the same thing?

the graveyard got some and there is one in a secret room by the first rift

I got the Two-Horned Shield as a drop midway through the demon realm. My reward for turning in 25 skulls was a kite shield named Stance.

was spamming left click button to skip the conversation and give him skulls, one click to much and whacked the guy. Now i'm carrying a pile of human skulls for nothing....

ok. I gave him all the req'd skulls at his cauldron...he did his thing, summoned his dudes. Murder commenced. Then nothing. I could hear his hideously annoying voice. but nothing else. There's a mysterious corpse that looks a lot like him trapped under a rock. No rings. No nothing.

I ran to a checkpoint and loaded from the main menu and came back. The weird looking corpse is still there, no rings, no nothing.

thats wierd I got a 2 horned shield off the mage mob and an orange quality shield with 75% resistance across the board with 100% block from him for turning in 15.

I have 30 skulls on NG+ and I am unable to turn them in, I have the dialogue option to "give him skull" but they just remain in my inventory and nothing happens...
