secret area after first boss: first locked door?

I've explored the secret area after the first boss (past breakable wall) and killed all the spiders and the zombies, found another breakable wall and opened a locked door to a room with a spider and a fist weapon, but the door immediately to your left as you enter is still locked, anyone know how to open it? I suspect there may be another spider in there as I still hear that scratching sound.

Someone said u get the key later in the game.

Any idea what it might be called? Found 2 keys i haven't used yet, cellar key and main hall chest key, as well as some other weird items like a human skull.

I'm looking for the same key. Been running around all over the starting area for an hour now. No luck yet =(
