Did anyone figure this out? I assume they are referring to the town just round the corner, However it appears blocked off at that stage of the game, Perhaps it opens later?

Well, if anything, this quest thought me to REALLY REALLY pay attention to dialogue lol. The guard mentioned a tower... So I don't know if it's a tower back in Keystone, because there's 1 building that is "higher" in the bridge between dimensions, and it's more of a keep than a tower.

Kill the big dimensional beast in the Antechamber, the east and west halls after you cross the bridge, entering the rift.

Yeah guys, in the eastern antechamber, there's one of those demon with like tentacles that spawned. Kill it and you're done.

You can get in from the top too.
After talking to the soldiers, don't go down the stairs to the arena.
Continue and there will be a big hole in the ground.
Look down and you'll see the demon.

You can drop in, it barely hurt me.
