What do i do to prevent or dodge that attack? It takes up he entire arena believe me i know and you CANT stagger him out of the build up.

Theres no hint on how you prevent that attack at all, yea theres skulls but what are they for and where do i use theM? This fight in particular is simply confusing.

It took me a few tries, but you need to be in one of the buildings with the lanters/lights. They protect you from it.
P.S. If he destroys one of those buildings with an attack, he gets stunned for a while.

There are some mausoleum offering higher ground and thus avoiding the purple wave of death.

Really? I stood in one of them and it still killed me, thats why i assumed i had to have something before i fought him.

Go to the sort of altars when he prepares the AOE. Don't take it as a chance to get some extra damage in. Just run straight the safe zones littered throughout the area. They are hard to miss as they have a golden glow.

Stand on those altars with roof (are 4-5 around the area) and if you make him do is paralyze attack close to the altar he will be staggered, hope you understan my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ explanation :P
