change language option, (SOLVED)

Can someone give directions to the change language option, from the start screen please?

It's loading up in some urecognisable text.

Changing the language.ini file in the games folder for me helped, though i've read that it doesnt work for a lot of people. Worth a shot if you haven't tried it.

If you have the RU version of the game, you can use my patcher from the guide 2 posts above.
